‘Hi Emma, I just wanted to send you a little message of appreciation for you leading us in the Kirtan chanting on Sunday. You explained everything so well & made us feel comfortable to explore our voice. The experience really moved me and has made me think a lot about “my voice”. I do actually sing (mostly musical theatre/operetta), which I love! BUT, chanting as a group, without having to think about your next breath, controlling nerves, ensuring your telling the story & hoping the audience enjoy it was a truly beautiful experience for me! Thank you so much for sharing with us!
Chanting took me to a truly calm, safe and grounded space. I was talking to my Mum earlier and she reminded me that I used to chant as a child with my uncle in the garage! He lived with us and was a Hare Krishna, we made candles together and he had me chanting at a young age.’

“Thank you for my incredible coaching session Emma. I gained a massive amount of clarity from your thought-provoking questions, enabling me to fulfil my goals and create an action plan. You instantly made me feel comfortable with your warm presence.”

“Emma supported me with coaching after I had gone through a traumatic incident. I had a few sessions of counselling first with someone else but I didn’t really feel like I was getting anywhere, so tried speaking to Emma. Right from the first conversation I could tell that she understood where I was coming from and that she wanted to help me. Emma was very professional but also kind and supportive. During our sessions she helped me to see that what was affecting me was far deeper than just the traumatic event, and actually went back to my childhood! Through some massively revealing coaching sessions, Emma helped me to learn so much about myself. I became more aware of the behaviours that were holding me back, and with her guidance I was able to realise what I needed to change in order to move forward. She was really patient, and gently steered me towards working things out for myself. Some of our sessions involved her talking me through exercises while I had my eyes closed, which felt weird at first, but the results were amazing. I can honestly say that without my coaching sessions with Emma I think I’d still be frustrated, anxious, confused and feeling trapped. If you’re looking for help dealing with stuff, or making positive changes to your life, I definitely recommend working with Emma!”
